New course, Menopause: A Change of Season

Steps2wellbeing will shortly be offering a new course called Menopause: A Change of Season.

Symptoms of menopause and perimenopause can led to symptoms such as anxiety, mood swings, brain fog, hot flushes and irregular periods. ?These symptoms can have a big impact on your daily life, including relationships, social life, family life and work?.

Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is a talking therapy which can help with some of the symptoms of perimenopause and menopause through reducing:?

  • low mood and anxiety caused by menopause and perimenopause

  • some physical symptoms like hot flushes and joint pain?
