A step 2 course using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques for stress reduction and management.

The five week course covers a range of topics to help you manage stress in everyday life, including:

The role of thoughts in stress

  • Focusing on how unhelpful thoughts change when we feel stressed.

  • To understand worry and strategies to help manage it
