Living Life to the Full
A course for those with mild to moderate depression, helping to reduce your symptoms and improve quality of life.
Living Life to the Full is a Step 2 course which teaches Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to improve your mood, motivation, and decrease negative thoughts- improving your quality of life. During each session you will be given handouts to work on, and there will be homework set to practice what you have learned during the session.

Throughout the sessions we discuss self-esteem, and the importance of self-care and sleep to help you to feel your best. You will also learn techniques such as behavioural activation and cognitive restructuring to re-frame your thinking and develop positive coping mechanisms.
