Coping with Worry
Learn strategies to help you reduce worrying and overcome anxiety
This 12 week course draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, a highly proven and highly recommended treatment for anxiety.
This course will help you to develop a better understanding of your worrying, and what keeps it going. It will teach you techniques to reduce worrying and procrastination, problem solving skills, and relaxation exercises. The groups are run by two experienced CBT therapists who can support you in applying your newly gained CBT skills into your everyday life. Each session is structured and follows a step by step treatment plan; however the groups are designed to be relaxed and provide a supportive atmosphere for members to both share and listen to other people’s experiences.
