How are you feeling?

Health conditions often span both our physical and mental health. Mental health problems can cause a variety of physical symptoms, including:

  • experiencing palpitations (heart flutters)

  • feeling sick or having stomach aches

  • having frequent headaches

  • feeling jittery or irritable

  • losing your appetite or finding it difficult to sleep or concentrate

Often a medically unexplained physical symptom can be attributed to a mental health condition. Taking care of your mental health can help to reduce or alleviate physical symptoms, helping to you feel better- body and mind.
