The first steps to making changes, starts with Low Intensity Support.

The majority of people who access our services benefit from the low intensity support which is provided by our Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners (PWPs). Low intensity just means that they are the least intensive or burdensome support that we can provide and can include:

Computerised CBT


Guided self help
